The displayed product price includes standard shipping and import duties for destinations available at checkout.

If the address you provide cannot be served, we will contact you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund. You will not be charged for an order we cannot deliver.

Member Benefit Delivery

Complimentary Curated Circle benefits may be added at no extra charge to eligible accounts after completed purchases are confirmed. Personal detailed reports, when available for Ultra members, are shown in the user dashboard as PDF and HTML report files after preparation.

Physical Product Processing

Physical product orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. If preparation takes longer, we will contact you using the email or phone number attached to the order.

Once shipped, the order page will show the carrier and tracking number when available.
