Digital Delivery

Digital access is activated after PayPal payment confirmation. Consultation PDF responses are delivered by email or account dashboard within 72 hours after your complete question submission.

Physical Product Processing

Physical product orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. If preparation takes longer, we will contact you using the email or phone number attached to the order.

Once shipped, the order page will show the carrier and tracking number when available.

Estimated Transit Time

Transit time depends on destination, carrier, customs review, and seasonal volume. Domestic or nearby-region deliveries are commonly faster; international deliveries may require additional time.

Import duties, customs charges, VAT, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
