Membership Benefits

EWinsight member benefits are complimentary thank-you benefits that may be added at no extra charge after eligible completed purchases. They are not sold as a standalone automatic recurring PayPal subscription.

If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, its value does not remain part of the eligible purchase total. Any complimentary member benefit or discount connected to refunded order value may be reviewed or adjusted according to system limitations, operational records, and applicable law.

Physical Products

Physical product orders can be cancelled and refunded before preparation or shipment begins. Ordinary returns after shipment are not accepted.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has begun. This restriction does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal back to the original payment method. PayPal or the card issuer may require additional time to show the refunded amount on your statement.
