Direct answers

What makes an I Ching-inspired question useful?

A useful question names one real situation, one decision point, and one timeframe so the reading can support reflection instead of chasing certainty.

What should the question not ask for?

The question should not ask for medical diagnosis, legal decisions, investment instructions, wagering outcomes, guaranteed predictions, or professional advice.

Turn vague questions into specific ones
